Shipping policy
Dispatch time. Every piece is made to order and is dispatched within 25–30 business days of payment being confirmed. You will receive tracking details by email once your order ships.
Shipping within India. Free shipping on all orders, anywhere in India.
International shipping. We ship worldwide. International shipping is charged at cost and is shown at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes and any other charges levied by the destination country are not included and are payable by the customer on delivery.
Payment. We accept prepaid orders only. Cash on delivery (COD) is not available. Orders are processed once payment is received.
Delays. Delivery times quoted by couriers are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs or events outside our control, but we will always help you track your order.
