This website, stylesapphire.in, is operated by Sapphire Boutique LLP ("Sapphire", "we", "us"). By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Products

Our pieces are handcrafted and made to order. Slight variations in colour, embroidery and finish from the photographs are a natural part of handwork and are not defects. Colours may also look different depending on your screen. Measurements in our size chart are garment measurements and may vary slightly.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept prepaid orders only; cash on delivery is not available. An order is confirmed only once full payment has been received. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Orders

We may decline or cancel any order, for example if a product or price was listed in error or payment cannot be verified. If we cancel an order that you have paid for, we will refund the full amount.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Intellectual property

All designs, photographs, text and other content on this site belong to Sapphire Boutique LLP and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
